No air conditioning. We had to move rooms. The one we stayed the first night was terrible. Small, too hot and with a view of a wall five feet away. We were moved and second room on the street side was better.

One of the staff who was a young gentleman(in his 20s) in the reception was very helpful. The ladies in the breakfast room were very kind and helpful. The bed sheets and pillowcases were clean. The bathroom was constantly blocked. The room was extremely damp. You could see the black marks in the wardrobes. The safe did not work. One of the lamps were not working. The other lamps were very dim and hence the atmosphere in the room was very sad and unpleasant. The shaver unit was faulty and not working. The bathroom was extremely small and smelly. The cover of the bed was not clean at all. The reception was extremely small. The breakfast room was v. small. There was no shower curtain in the bathroom and hence the floor of the bathroom was always flooded after taking a bath or shower.
