This beautiful, Art Deco hotel is housed in a typical, 7-storey Parisian building, with wrought iron balconies at each window. It has welcomed numerous guests, including Errol Flynn, Josephine Baker and Orson Welles. The lobby is large and open plan with elegant Directoire furniture, and its decor is a fine example of the Napoleonic style. The medium sized guest rooms are decorated in the same style as the public areas. Both rooms and bathrooms are well equipped and air conditioned. A full buffet breakfast is available on the ground floor. Although there is no restaurant in the hotel, there is a cosy and welcoming bar, which offers a refined atmosphere and serves light meals at lunch time. Overall, this is a good four star property, offering a high level of service and an excellent location.
